FAST GROWING TELCO EYES PLUS MARKET

Globalink International Plc (“Globalink”), an expanding telecommunications business specializing in the supply of communications solutions, today confirmed that it has appointed Atlantic Law Llp (“Atlantic Law”) as its Corporate Advisor ahead of an anticipated application to be quoted on the PLUS market later this month.

[ClickPress, Thu May 10 2007] Globalink International Plc (“Globalink”), an expanding telecommunications business specializing in the supply of communications solutions, today confirmed that it has appointed Atlantic Law Llp (“Atlantic Law”) as its Corporate Advisor ahead of an anticipated application to be quoted on the PLUS market later this month.

Globalink will be developing a franchised based business that delivers a range of communications solutions, including fixed line phone calls by way of Least Cost Routing, Voice over IP (“VoIP”), Broadband, Phone systems and Call centre solutions, to business customers across the country.

Globalink, plans to have up to 14 offices throughout the UK by the end of the current calendar year.

Globalink will offer a full range of communication solutions for the Business to Business (“B2B”) market. Principal products will be fixed line phone calls (Least Cost Routing) and mobile phone calls, where Globalink intends to offer significant cost savings and improved service over customers’ incumbent suppliers.

The Company’s Chairman is the Right Honourable Francis Maude, MP, Chairman of the Conservative Party and a former Managing Director of Morgan Stanley & Co Ltd 1993-97.
