Unipier to Enhance the Mobile Portal of Telefónica O2 Czech Republic Using a Central Policy Manageme

Unipier will deploy a variety of solution modules to support the various service delivery needs by Telefónica O2, including flexible premium charging and content access control tools, advanced promotions and service recommendations for increasing service offering exposure and usage along with targeted contextual mobile advertising capabilities for new revenue opportunities. Furthermore, Unipier will provide Telefónica O2 Czech Republic with a complete portal management system for the portal creation, service presentation and ongoing management of all aspects of the O2 Active portal.

The solution is based on Unipier’s Intelligent Policy Manager system which offers a context-aware policy creation environment for the real-time definition and management of any service delivery business logic and policy requirements. It allows Telefónica O2 to offer a variety of new services and ensure a high level of user experience and interaction across all mobile services and service access channels, while fully implementing the new presentation guidelines of the new O2 Active portal.
