New Offices Give Spiderhost Opportunity to Offer Three New Services

Spiderhost, Lake Mary’s premiere ISP, has moved into new offices that will benefit clients and the community. Spiderhost will now hold corporate training and free community classes in its large conference room, and open a new small business division dedicated to small business customers.

[ClickPress, Wed Jun 20 2007] Spiderhost, Lake Mary’s premiere ISP, has moved into new offices that will benefit clients and the community. The company’s business operations are now based in the heart of Lake Mary behind City Hall; its data center remains in its secure Orlando location.

The move marks more growth for Spiderhost, which has been expanding since its inception in 2001. This year president Dale Frohman realized new offices would help streamline operations and increase productivity. So far he’s been right.

“We built out the new offices to have a better configuration, with staff grouped according to their specialties. This means we can work more efficiently and help clients more quickly,” says Frohman.

The new offices also have a large conference room that Spiderhost will use for seminars, classes and lunch-and-learns. When asked what the best aspect of the move is, Frohman says, “We’re probably most excited about the conference center, where we will hold corporate training and free community classes – two things we’ve wanted to do for a long time.”

Training is a new product line for Spiderhost and allows the company to offer additional integrated services that help clients get the most from their relationship. Corporate training will include programs in Microsoft Office, Basic Internet, and Introduction to Computers

Free community classes will include Getting started with eBay, Digital Photography Basics, iTunes, Data Backup, and Starting a Family Website. Class schedules and registration will be available on Spiderhost’s re-designed website, scheduled to debut later this summer.

The new offices also give Spiderhost room to create a new small business division dedicated to small business customers. “We understand that small businesses are a major part of the economy but don’t always have a lot of start-up capital to put towards technology services,” explains Frohman. “We’ll be offering these clients lower cost custom website design, enhanced hosting such as blog hosting and picture hosting, an online website builder, and search engine submission. These services are more affordable but still give small businesses the professional image they need to be successful.”
