The first Press Meet on Tamil Cinema’s Platinum Jubilee Celebrations held at the Ritz Carlton Hotel, Singapore on July 9, 2007 confirmed that the 75 years of Tamil Cinema festival planned for the second week of August (from August 6, 2007 to August 11, 2007) will be celebrated in a grandiose manner in Singapore.

[ClickPress, Wed Jul 11 2007] The first Press Meet on Tamil Cinema’s Platinum Jubilee Celebrations held at the Ritz Carlton Hotel, Singapore on July 9, 2007 confirmed that the 75 years of Tamil Cinema festival planned for the second week of August (from August 6, 2007 to August 11, 2007) will be celebrated in a grandiose manner in Singapore.

As already reported the 75 years of Tamil Cinema fiesta will be celebrated in a magnificent and dazzling manner in Singapore. The first Press Meet regarding the Tamil Cinema Platinum Jubilee Celebrations was held on July 9, 2007 at Singapore's #1 Ritz Carlton Hotel. The dignitaries who graced the Press Meet assured that all the top stars of the Tamil film industry will be present for the event and that this festival will be the industry’s mega event this year. The following dignitaries were present at the Press Meet:
