"Translation & Interpreting" presents itself with a new internet portal

The new online enquiry form under www.AnnegretGross.de/english considerably facilitates the enquiry and order processing

[ClickPress, Sun Jul 15 2007] The Germany-based translation agency Annegret Gross, specialized translation provider for the languages of German, English and French mainly specializing in IT, Telecommunications and New Media, is presenting itself with a new web portal available at www.AnnegretGross.de/english.

The website did not only obtain a new design but also became more user-friendly and functional. The navigation menu is simple and clearly structured. The user can access all items from the main menu by just one mouse click.

The entry page provides the visitor with an overall overview over the complete range of services offered. A mouse click on the short description of the respective item leads the user to more detailed information about what he is interested in: translations, areas of specialization, certified translations, localization, technical documentation, copy editing and proofreading. The items References, Profile and “Why choose me?” provide more reference information about the service provider so that the user gets a comprehensive idea of the translator’s qualification and technical background – after all, it is important to know whom you entrust with your translations.

The new online form under the item “Inquiry” now considerably facilitates the sending of inquiries or placing of orders. Customers can select the desired service from a drop-down menu, enter additional information and post their inquiry online. They also have the possibility to upload the corresponding file that is to be processed.

“The first weeks after having integrated the new online form into the website already showed that an increasing number of business and private clients have been using the inquiry system”, said Annegret Gross. “Generally, the order volume is constantly growing. It can be noticed that even more and more business clients from the ITC sector give their translations to freelance translators. Quality and personal service is appreciated and also recommended within the industry.”
