Better Bathrooms has launched its new online help facility ‘live assist’. Existing customers and members of the public with a bathroom product enquiry will be able to enter their name and email address, then pose their question directly to a member of the company’s sales or customer experience team for an instant reply. So if you don’t have the time for a phone call, or you’re doing a bit of online shopping in your lunch hour and realise you have a few questions, this is good news for you.

It’s good news for the team here as well: we’re able to answer more of your queries each day, and if you do need to wait while we find the information you need, we’re pleased that you’re generally happier to be able to get on with your day while waiting a short time for our e-reply, rather than being tied to the phone.

Of course, if you do have the opportunity to drop into one of our showrooms, you’ll not only be able to see our products, but also speak face-to-face with a member of our highly trained in store staff: all our staff take a personal interest in the products they sell and are both experienced and knowledgeable.

It’s early days for live assist yet, and of course we’re always pleased to hear from our customers the traditional way as well, but we’re sure that our latest innovation is going to be another resounding Better Bathrooms success.
