ATT-Tactical receives major contract for weapons upgrade

Suffolk Co. NY Police Department awards Applied Tactical Technologies, Inc. a multi-year contract for weapons systems upgrades.

Police Department These upgrades will extend the service-life of their systems and greatly enhance the department's ability to provide security and law enforcement services for the citizens of Suffolk Co. and the state of New York.

“This contract will save the department several thousand dollars over them purchasing outright, brand-new rifle systems. What they had was still considered the standard for precision long-range systems and were still serviceable, but the Sniper Team’s skill levels have dramatically increased, thanks to the departments desire to have the only most-qualified individuals assigned to the unit. Exhaustive levels of training and constant practice at the county’s Firearms Training Section has resulted in world-class shooters, and now they will field world-class rifles,” stated Jon Glazer, Applied Tactical Technologies’ Information Director. “We are very happy to have been awarded this contract.”
