Online Timeshare Resale by Owner Company Expands to Larger Offices

In response to a dramatic increase in business, SellMyTimeshareNOW, an online timeshare by owner advertising company, will be moving their New Hampshire advertising offices into a larger facility.

[ClickPress, Sun Oct 02 2005] HAMPTON, NEW HAMPSHIRE - SellMyTimeshareNOW, an online timeshare resale/rental-by-owner company, will be expanding to a new suite of offices in downtown Dover, New Hampshire. This decision has been attributed to a sharp increase in the workload of SellMyTimeshareNOW’s advertising and sales offices.

“We outgrew our old space,” says Jim Paone, director of the SellMyTimeshareNOW Advertising and Sales department. “Our business has grown beyond our projected estimates, and we have to keep up with the demand. If we choose not to grow with the business, we would be doing a disservice to our clients.”

Though the new offices are now undergoing an extensive remodeling in preparation for the move, the facility will be large enough to house an additional 100+ members of an already fast-growing team. The new facility will also offer a number of upscale amenities for staff members, including an on-site fitness center and a café on the grounds.

The proposed site of the new offices is encompassed by one of several brick structures that originally housed large-scale industrial operations in the early- to mid-1800s. During this time, the mills were the dominant industry of the region, and the facility was large enough to hold thousands of mill workers and other employees at any given time. Though the mills’ heyday is long gone, these cavernous edifices have gained favor among successful companies looking for sizeable office space conducive to rapid expansion.

In a sense, the mill buildings are still the focal point of the economic life of the area. Downtown Dover now hosts a number of fine dining options and other businesses geared toward the white-collar demographic.

SellMyTimeshareNOW CEO Jason Tremblay offers comments on the sudden increase in sales volume. “We have had record site traffic all year,” says Tremblay, “and we’re not the only timeshare resale company looking to expand. It’s an industry-wide phenomenon.”

Tremblay says, “The timeshare industry is changing. People are getting smarter about buying and selling timeshare, so it’s getting harder for resale scammers and high-pressure salespeople to exist in this business. In this climate, scammers will fail, and legitimate companies will do well for themselves.”

SellMyTimeshareNow, which started over two years ago in a guest bedroom, now reaches millions of people online from the website http://www.sellmytimesharenow.com. Reporting over 50 million dollars in offers presented to its advertisers so far for the year 2005, SellMyTimeshareNOW has grown into one of the most high-profile companies in the hyper-competitive timeshare resale arena. The company also maintains a weblog, available at http://timeshareownersblog.sellmytimesharenow.com . SellMyTimeshareNOW has sales and advertising offices in Hampton, New Hampshire, and a customer service and buyers department located in Altamonte Springs, Florida.
