Al Mazaya is the latest developer to join Jumeirah Lakes Tower district

Al Mazaya Real Estate FZ/LLC., signed a deal for a 39 storey twin tower residential and commercial project, named the Icon Towers, with construction company S.S. Lootah. The estimated cost for this Al-Mazaya owned development is AED 332 million and is due for completion at the end of September.

[ClickPress, Mon Oct 03 2005] Kuwaiti Shareholding company, Al Mazaya Real Estate FZ/LLC., signed a deal for a 39 storey twin tower residential and commercial project, named the Icon Towers, with construction company S.S. Lootah yesterday. The new development will be located at the prestigious Jumeirah Lake Towers community.

Top officials from the companies met and officially appointed S.S. Lootah as the only contactor for Icon Towers project. The estimated cost for this Al-Mazaya owned development is AED 332 million.

Al-Mazaya will manage the development of the entire project right from the design stage up to the construction and will undertake all the marketing activities as well.

National Engineering Bureau (NEB) a leading architectural firm in Dubai, has been appointed project designers and consultants. Al Mazaya has worked very closely with NEB to create this exclusive project. Construction work on the residential and commercial towers will commence in two weeks. The project is scheduled for completion at the end of 2007.

The uniquely designed towers will house 348 luxurious apartments and four deluxe penthouses and home buyers can choose from a range of one, two or three bedroom apartments in addition to the penthouses. Both the apartments and the offices will overlook the Jumeirah Lake Towers beautiful landscape and stunning lakes. Icon Towers also boasts an exclusive Healthclub featuring a gymnasium, swimming pools and sauna.
