Telappliant, one of the most established Internet Telephony solution providers in the UK, has obtained ISO 9001:2000 certification. It is one of the first VoIP solution providers to obtain this globally recognised certification.

ISO 9001:2000 ensures consistency of working practices, which in turn means higher quality products and services for customers. ISO 9000 is an internationally recognised standard that measures the degree to which an organisation has implemented consistent, repeatable quality processes. The standard is accepted by over 100 countries and over 150,000 companies worldwide have received certification. To achieve certification, a company's quality program must be audited and approved by a registered ISO accreditation firm. The program must be audited every year to maintain certification.
