Tesco Savings offers 1000 Clubcard points

Tesco Savings is giving more new customers the chance to earn up to 1,000 free Clubcard when they open an Instant Access account before 16 October 2007.

[ClickPress, Thu Sep 13 2007] New customers opening an account before the deadline and who have a balance of £1,000 or more on 31 October, 2007 will receive 500 Clubcard points. Those who have £1,000 or more in that account on 30 April, 2008 will then receive a further 500 Clubcard points.

Savers choosing Tesco will also benefit from competitive rates of up to 5.75% (Gross/ AER per year).

Jeremy Sutton, Head of Tesco Savings, says: “Our original offer was so popular with customers that we wanted to give more new savers the opportunity to benefit. By rewarding new customers with 1000 Clubcard points for choosing Tesco they can have £10 off their shopping bill or £40 to spend on Tesco Clubcard deals.
