Published: Tue Sep 18 2007

A new Birmingham based telecoms company is using a week of events to promote its services and also to publicise the work of Heart Research UK, a national charity dedicated to saving lives.

As part of a week-long road show of the latest in Cisco networking technologies , Interactive Telecoms is offering companies the chance to attend a half day seminar at the IOD Hub in Birmingham on Tuesday 25th September.

The seminar will also be used to raise awareness of Heart Research UK following the opening of its new Midlands office in Edgbaston.

Over 50 delegates from a range of organisations are sending delegates.

The event is being held in partnership with the world- leader in networking and communications CISCO Systems.

The seminar will focus on dedicated call recording software & IP telephony services which support compliance with the latest legislation from the Financial Services Authority and also the more general contribution that computer-based voice communications can make to cost reduction and increased productivity.

Interactive Telecoms is the newest division of Interactive IT who provide a range of web based solutions, accounting software and bespoke systems for companies and other organisations.

Alison Moore, Operations Director for Interactive Telecom said,

"These days, the competition doesn’t get any less and the emphasis has to be on working smarter – to reduce costs, increase productivity and get ahead of the competition.

In its partnership with CISCO Systems, Interactive Telecoms has the dual advantage of being centrally based and also access to the best systems in the world for networking and voice communications.

Each delegate to the event will have the opportunity to book a lifestyle-check as well visiting the CISCO Technology Bus which will be in Victoria Square.

Uniquely, in celebrating the launch of Interactive Telecoms, we are also using the seminar to raise awareness of the work of Heart Research UK who will also be at our events.

We hope that businesses based in the West Midlands and further afield, will be able to join us at the seminar - or at the road show whilst in Birmingham or when it visits Coventry University on Wednesday 26th September.
