Active Voice Announces General Availability of BoXiT in the UK

Active Voice, a global provider of voice mail, unified communications and speech-activated solutions, today announced the general availability of its BoXiT line of products in the UK.

These feature rich voice mail and auto attendant systems for the SME market are available through the Active Voice reseller network in the UK and Active Voice is looking to expand this network.

BoXiT is part of Active Voices complete portfolio of voice mail and unified communications solutions for small businesses to large enterprises and is replacing Lingo, its former solution for small and medium sized businesses.

“When Lingo was discontinued, we felt that the best replacement is BoXiT,” says Jeroen Engering, Managing Director of Active Voice EMEA. “In other countries in EMEA we have distributed this product successfully for many years already, so besides a feature-rich product, we have a lot of experience to offer our reseller network.”

BoXiT is a series of products that contains voice mail and auto attendant solutions with a flexible number of ports (lines) and mailboxes. So for any type of company, no matter its size, there is a BoXiT that can simplify its communication flows and improve its availability. Other than voice mail and auto attendant, BoXiT offers features like notification of voice mails to e-mail and several telephone numbers, multiple languages and a Windows interface to program and maintain the system.
