York-based learning technology provider MyKnowledgeMap (MKM) (www.myknowledgemap.com) has been shortlisted for two prestigious 2007 e-Learning Awards (http://www.elearningage.co.uk/goawards.htm)

The shortlisted products are MKM's support systems created for the Retail Academy (http://www.myknowledgemap.com/casestudy_15_RA.asp) in the 'best example of supporting learners online' category and custom learning tool Storywriter Toolkit (http://www.myknowledgemap.com/6_D_storywritertoolkit.asp), in the 'most innovative new product in e-learning' category.

The awards are organised annually by the eLearning Network, the UK’s foremost professional association for users and developers of e-learning, to recognise innovation and excellence within its field.

A record number of entries have been received for this year’s awards from organisations all over the world. A highlight in the learning industry calendar, the awards ceremony is held in London in November.

Said MKM managing director, Rob Arntsen: "Being shortlisted not once but twice for these awards marks the soundness of our strategy to create successful e-learning tools by developing innovative educational technologies that are always accessible and attractive to use and demonstrate real value to the learners using them."
