If someone gave the British public one extra day per week, what would they do with it? No work, no household jobs, no 'life admin'. Sport and adventure club 8th Day UK believes they'd probably party like there's no tomorrow, and try something adventurous they don't usually have time to do.

Aimed at men and women who want more out of life, and focusing on adventure sports, 8th Day UK charges a small subscription of just £12 a month (or £120 for a year) and organises loads of events and activities for its members. Most are heavily discounted for members, and are also always done in groups, so you get to meet like-minded people aswell!

Coming up for 2005 are skiing holidays, kitesurfing, pole dancing lessons, adventure racing, watersports holidays, horse-riding, trekking, polo, mountain biking, sky diving, climbing, gliding and much more besides. In addition 8th Day UK organise many ad hoc things such as group runs and parties in London, including private film nights and sports-themed nights out.

Once you’ve joined, 8th Day UK can provide all the motivation and inspiration necessary to make the most of the summer, to learn new sports, to meet new people, and generally have a great time.

The club saves people time and effort sourcing and organising such activities, but also money, as each one will always be at a competitive group rate, so with savings of up 30% members should even make their money back!
