Organisers have selected the forty girls who will contest this year's Miss West Lothian event
[ClickPress, Mon Oct 31 2005] THE forty girls who will contest this year's Miss West Lothian event have now been chosen from a record 230 entrants.
Fauldhouse is bidding to win the title for the third year in a row, with Stacey Coulter and Claire Molloy the previous two winners.
Livingston has 16 girls in the final, whilst Bathgate has two sets of sisters competing for the title.
There are strong representations from Broxburn and Whitburn. One Linlithgow girl has made it into teh final. A number of smaller villages, such as Blackridge, Longridge, Newton and Seafield are also represented, as are the Calders.
The final will take place on December 7 at Livingston nightclub Club Earth and will be compered by DJ Colin Jackson.
