Boasting 4 mens, 2 ladies and numerous mixed and touring sides and with well over 100 members Truro Hockey Club is one of the largest and most successful clubs in the South West.

itsmymarket.com, a company who’s roots are based in the South West will sponsor the clubs shirts for the 2007/2008 season.

Truro’s mens 1st team recently won promotion to the West’s Premier 2 league, the highest league position achieved in the clubs distinguished history.

Responding to the deal, Kevin Bennetts of Truro Hockey Club said “we are very pleased to have itsmymarket.com on board, they are a great bunch of people and we will hopefully have a lasting relationship with them”.

Hockey is a developing sport in Cornwall and throughout the UK. With around a 5% participation rate Hockey is gradually becoming mainstream with many schools teaching Hockey to both male and female students, a change from the traditional female only sport.
