Matt Honeycutt Joins Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties

Billie Redmond, CEO of Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties, has announced that Matt Honeycutt has joined the firm’s Commercial Brokerage Division as a real estate advisor. In his new position, Honeycutt will be responsible for tenant and landlord representation services, as well as helping TradeMark clients identify lease and purchase opportunities for retail, office and flex space properties throughout the Triangle.

Honeycutt comes to TradeMark with over four years of retail banking experience with BB&T in the Triangle. He received his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is a member of Triangle Business Builders and the Raleigh Jaycees. Honeycutt is involved in various athletic leagues, including the Raleigh Parks and Recreation, TriSports and Capital Area Team Sports. A native of Farmville, Va., he resides in Raleigh.
