M T Media Limited to create 20 additional jobs

What's Local Magazine and numbers4life are preparing to expand the business during 2008 and have instructed a leading business angel network to raise an additional £200,000 in equity to fund the expansion. An additional 20 sales jobs are being created as the business rolls out the business model into other key cities;

M T Media Limited is a fast growing publisher of free to pick up Magazines. The Magazines are distributed by our own door to door distribution team and also through our partnership agreements with leading retailers, including Asda, BP, Sainsbury, Tesco, Texaco, Somerfield and other national chains.

The Magazines cover the London regions and we currently have 11 regional editions, which have a combined reader base of almost 1 million people.

We make our money through the sale of advertising to small business owners, and due to continued expansion, we are recruiting more self motivated, outgoing people to join our Telesales team based in Chelmsford.

M T Media Holdings Limited, the ultimate holding company has instructed a leading business angel network to raise £200,000 additional equity, bringing the company equity base to £300,000 ahead of the expansion. A lease for an additional 1,980 square feet of modern office space has been completed in Chelmsford, allowing the growth plans for the coming 12 months to be achieved.

Other divisions of M T Media Limited include, ‘Whats Local Magazine’, ‘Numbers4life’, ‘Telephone Number Warehouse (dot) com’ and an on-line advertising team which allows cross selling of our products and services to our existing customer base.
