Morrison Equipment’s 40-foot wide anti-ram vehicle barrier meets highest crash test standards set by the U.S. D.O.D.

[ClickPress, Wed Nov 23 2005] Adelanto, California – Morrison Equipment has announced its 40-foot wide anti-ram vehicle barrier has met the highest crash test standards set by the U.S. Department of Defense.

Morrison Equipment’s 40-foot swing gate earned the K12 L3 rating when it stopped a five ton truck, loaded to 15,000 pounds, traveling at 50 miles per hour. The rating means the vehicle was unable to penetrate past the gate. Karco Engineering LLC, an independent crash test facility in Adelanto, California, performed the test.
