More people turn to renting says National Homebuyers

Many people may seek a fast property sale as new figures suggest that more people are turning to rented accommodation instead of buying properties.

It is worrying for homeowners as it suggests that potential buyers are turning away from the property market and choosing to rent instead.

It was recently revealed by the Association of Residential Lettings Agents that landlords have been able to increase rents due to rising demand for rented accommodation.
