People concerned about scratching or damaging their MacBook Air may be relieved to know that a new range of specially-designed sleeves are being launched.
[ClickPress, Thu Mar 06 2008] Made from a variety of fabrics, including neoprene and leather, the new sleeves from Belkin International are aimed at providing protection for the devices, "without adding bulk".
The cases are being launched in the US and Canada in March this year and will be priced from $39.99 (£20.49) for the Slim-Fit Sleeve to $49.99 for the Neoprene Sleeve and Vertical Sleeve with Strap.
Chris McGugan, vice-president of product management at Belkin, said that the firm was "excited" to be the first to launch new sleeves for the MacBook Air.
"In respecting the thinness of the MacBook Air, we've designed our sleeves to complement it by keeping a similarly slim profile," he remarked.
Belkin announced that it would soon be launching a new Laptop Hideaway range of products.
