DTV offers bite-sized videos (between eight to ten minutes long) with downloadable support material and is available on licence packages or pay-per-view pricing.

New content uploaded every month includes a main feature title, usually relating to a current topic, with added location footage and specially packaged with a longer running time.

The 20 or so newcomers to the DTV library span eight topic areas with a range of ‘overview/introduce’ films serving to induct newcomers to a business practice complemented by ‘take action’ productions designed to analyse and advise on detail specifics.

The film formats include expert interviews, case studies, and drama-based scene setting.

Users can view and select from an easily navigable topic library, spanning personal and professional development, management, leadership, coaching, communications, customer service, sales, teamwork and sustainability.

A lively content mix includes how to compose and write professional emails, becoming a better team member, handling your first day at work, best sales practice, and how to make your office more environmentally friendly.

New to the DTV library in April are:

- Teamwork: "Shaping"; "Water To Grow"; "Casting"; "Get On Board"; "Break The Routine"; "All Together Now"

- Communication: "Prefect Presentation"; "A Crowd of One (Great Public Speaking) Part 1"; A Crowd of One (Great Public Speaking) Part 2
"The Three P’s of Email Etiquette", "Action Forward File & Delete: Managing Your Email"

- Customer Service: "Service in the City: Retaining customers in a tough market"
