Sharon Dover and Cleve Gaddis share leadership in RE/MAX Around Atlanta

Sharon Dover, founder of RE/MAX Around Atlanta, announces plans to share leadership of Atlanta’s 7th largest real estate company with co-broker/owner Cleve Gaddis.

[ClickPress, Tue Apr 15 2008] Sharon Dover, founder of RE/MAX Around Atlanta, announces plans to share leadership of Atlanta’s 7th largest real estate company with co-broker/owner Cleve Gaddis. Dover will continue providing oversight, vision, education and daily input, while Gaddis will manage the organization’s day-to-day operations.

Gaddis became managing broker of the Duluth RE/MAX Around Atlanta office in 2006, then partner a year later. His involvement will now focus on growing RE/MAX Around Atlanta’s entire organization. Previously, Gaddis led a six-person sales team that closed over $140 million in transactions in the last six years.

Before joining the real estate industry in 2002, Gaddis was vice president of sales in the Midwest U.S. for Electrolux Corporation where he provided sales and management leadership to 900 direct sales agents. “Cleve understands exactly what it takes to achieve sales success in today’s market and he has a real gift in the way he shares his ideas and programs with others,” said Dover.

Dover has been involved in Atlanta real estate since 1972. She founded RE/MAX Around Atlanta in 1994 and has since built it into one of Atlanta’s top brokerages. Among her groundbreaking successes are the establishment of a training academy for RE/MAX agents, where she personally helps train experienced and new agents to become superstars. Dover also added Five Star Mortgage, which invites agents to more fully participate in and benefit from the mortgage process.
