STRAINWISE™ OPENS ITS SIXTH RECREATIONAL MARIJUANA STORE

STRAINWISE™, recipients of the world's first recreational marijuana sales license,
announced today that they are opening the doors to their The Sanctuary dispensary to recreational
marijuana sales beginning Friday, January 17, 2014. Beginning today, adults 21 years old and older
with valid state identification can can come in and purchase legal marijuana.

Recreational marijuana was legalized in Colorado on November 6, 2012. The Sanctuary is the sixth
STRAINWISE™ location to sell recreational marijuana since medical dispensaries were allowed to
begin recreational sales on January 1, 2014. STRAINWISE™ has eight stores, six located in the
Denver metro area, including The Sanctuary, and two located in Clear Creek County in the Rocky
Mountains.
