DAMAC Properties, one of the largest residential, leisure and commercial developers in Dubai and the Middle East, has launched its latest luxury serviced hotel apartments project in the heart of the World Expo 2020 site in Dubai.

Prices start at AED 621,000 and are available for immediate investment. The project will be completed by 2016, 4 years before the World Expo 2020 exhibition.
