Home Building Company Receives Top Award from GuildQuality, Inc.

[ClickPress, Mon May 12 2008] Careful attention to detail and a corporate culture of customer service have earned Sabal Homes the prestigious Guildmaster with Highest Distinction award based on customer satisfaction ratings by its home buyers. The Guildmaster with Highest Distinction is the top award bestowed by GuildQuality, Inc., an Atlanta-based independent customer satisfaction surveying firm for the home building and remodeling industry.

“We are very pleased to receive the highest award for customer service, based on unbiased post-closing surveys,” said Matt Jones, one of the three founders of the company. “It’s an indication that we are meeting our goal to put the customer first. We strive to develop a close working relationship with our customers and keep them involved throughout the home building process.”

To qualify, Sabal Homes had to achieve a 90 percent or greater response to customer satisfaction surveys and 90 percent or more of its customers had to indicate that they would recommend the home builder to family or friends. Sabal Homes exceeded the criteria, receiving a 100 percent recommendation rate.

Jones, Todd Ussery and Jason Simpson, founders of Sabal Home, have extensive experience in land acquisition, product development, construction and customer service. Natives of the Carolinas, they named their company for the sabal palmetto, the state tree of South Carolina.

The company management takes the customer satisfaction survey process very seriously, evaluating every survey response and using customer feedback to improve the company’s day-to-day operations, Jones said.

Every home the company builds undergoes two separate and vigorous third-party quality assurance inspections to offer buyers peace of mind.
