KOCE-TV debuts, "Sebastian Sidi: Live in Concert at The OC Pavilion"
On June 11 at 8 p.m., KOCE-TV will debut, “Sebastian Sidi: Live in Concert at The OC Pavilion.”
[ClickPress, Wed May 14 2008] Sebastian Sidi is a popular Uruguay-born American musician and composer credited with defining a new music genre that can be described as classical, new age rock with a touch of Latin flavor. Sidi is self-taught on the drums, keyboard and bass guitar and plays entirely by ear and cannot read a single note of music.
The ninety-minute television special is made possible by Sidi’s fortunate teaming with legendary 12-time Emmy Award-winning producer, George Veras – the man credited with producing “Yanni Live at the Acropolis.” Sidi’s June 11 broadcast premiere will offer Orange County and Los Angeles area residents an unprecedented opportunity to experience first-hand what Sidi’s music is all about – widespread exposure which represents a life-long dream-come-true for Sidi.
“Sebastian Sidi: Live in Concert at The OC Pavilion” will feature original compositions from Sidi’s four albums, including 1999's raw, uplifting “Prelude;” 2000's intricate “Electrified;” 2002's relaxed “Passion;” and 2005’s “Desperate Journey.” For more information about Sebastian Sidi, visit www.myspace.com/sebastiansidi.
