The company overall has benefited from its move towards internet retailing to supplement homeshopping sales. Furthermore, the retailer is a substantial player in mixed retailing, operating in department stores. The company benefits from a long tradition in homeshopping, with consumers showing a degree of brand loyalty towards the retailer.
