Senior executives from both companies will be present at the Wireless LAN
Event, on the Network Utilities Stand, No. 807, at Olympia, London, April
20-21, 2005.

Announcing the appointment, Nicholas Miller, CEO of Cirond, explained that
Network Utilities will play a vital role in the widespread adoption of the
Company's products throughout the UK market. "We believe Network Utilities
understands the growing network security threat represented by the
unauthorized deployment of wireless networks and devices - and how Cirond's
unique set of solutions can prevent businesses from losing valuable
corporate data to hackers exploiting wireless security vulnerabilities," he
added. "Network Utilities' long record of technical and commercial service
should make a huge difference in our ability to quickly and effectively
offer our network security solutions to UK businesses."

Michele Lewington, Managing Director of Network Utilities (Systems), said
that Cirond's network security solutions are an ideal complement to Network
Utilities' existing offerings. "We believe that all businesses - whether

combat the wireless threat," she said. "Cirond's solutions can be used to
secure everything from a single wireless-enabled laptop being used at
hotspots to an entire managed, secure wireless corporate network."
