TEA Systems wins legal battle with Yield Dynamics

TEA Systems Wins Suit Initiated by Yield Dynamics Claiming Fraud, Misappropriation of Trade Secrets, Breach of Contract and Unfair Competition

[ClickPress, Fri Jan 06 2006] TEA Systems Inc. (TEA), announced it had successfully defended itself against a suit, originally filed in July 2003, by Yield Dynamics Inc. (Santa Clara, CA) in the Superior Court of California, Santa Clara County. The judgment of the court resulted in a clear Statement of Decision that totally exonerated TEA and it's owners from all seven causes of action initiated by Yield Dynamics.

Yield Dynamics initially filed claims against TEA Systems, the stockholders of the company as individuals and a second company, Sub-Lambda Systems. Yield Dynamics later expanded the suit in March 2005 to include TEA's resellers; Benchmark Technologies and Hillelian Concepts, Inc.

The court allowed Yield Dynamics to present all the evidence in support of it's claims of unfair competition, injunctive relief, fraud, and misappropriation of trade secrets. Based only on the plaintiff's evidence, TEA moved and was granted favorable judgment against Yield Dynamics. TEA was awarded attorney's fees and costs.
