Master Yoga Instructor Jeff Jenson Joins Harumi Yoga in Scottsdale

Jeff Jenson views Yoga as an art form that can better an individual physically
and spiritually. Jeff Jenson has studied Yoga styles extensively throughout his life time, but his
true belief is that the most knowledge comes from within.

Jeff spent the last 15 years practicing Wing Chun Gung Fu, Tai Chi, Fencing and Archery. He
received a B.S. in Psychology and B.F.A. in Photography from ASU.

After receiving a black belt in Karate in 1982, Jeff has been a dedicated practitioner of Yoga. He began teaching Yoga in 1991 with the aim to rejuvenate and heal. Having influenced over 12,000 students through the Yoga Center of Scottsdale, which he owned and operated for 14 years, Jeff taught the core values of spiritual teachings and philosophies.

Jeff tailored his classes to reach a wide variety of students; he taught pre and post-natal yoga,
classes for preschool, elementary and high school students, the blind, the paralyzed, and those
who are mentally or physically challenged. But a common result of his teachings was that all
these students improved their strength, flexibility, balance, endurance, mindfulness and peace.

Jeff Jenson and his love for Yoga have brought him to Harumi yoga where he can share in a fun
