BCGXL customer scoops £1,000 holiday in annual satisfaction survey

The leading bathroom, kitchen and heating distributor BCG recently issued its annual Customer Satisfaction Survey, with the added incentive that one lucky winner of a Prize Draw would win £1,000 worth of Thomas Cook holiday vouchers.

Steve Densham, area sales manager for BCG presented the vouchers to Steve Gibson, and Elaine Longfoot, of Three Counties in Farnborough recently.

Steve Densham said: "Three Counties has been a valued customer of BCG for many years and we are delighted that they won the holiday vouchers on this occasion. We like to get out and see all our customers at least once a month and it was extra special to be able to break the good news that they had won, on my most recent visit to see Steve and Elaine."

BCG reports a healthy increase in customer satisfaction and loyalty, following its most recent Customer Satisfaction Survey.

Over 500 retailers and merchants were polled across the UK, 74% recorded the same or better satisfaction score than last year, accompanied by a year on year increase in scores for customer loyalty. The areas that BCG scored most highly on were breadth and quality of product range, reliability and speed of next day delivery, and helpfulness of contact centre staff.
