Carole Notch, sales manager for the Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston (www.hpw.com) Strickland Road office, has announced that Mary Ann Norwood, Delphine Dung Nguyen and Mary Ann Wester have joined the office as a new sales associate. Previously a Wake County School teacher, Norwood earned her master’s degree in education from North Carolina Central University. She is program and membership chair of Raleigh Ski and Outing Club and volunteers for the Bev Perdue campaign. Norwood resides in Raleigh. Nguyen earned a bachelor’s degree in foreign trade management and volunteers with her church’s children ministry and the Howard Perry and Walston Foundation. She resides in Raleigh with her husband and two daughters. Wester attended the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. She resides in Louisburg.
