Mr. Annick's approach to sales development differs from the traditional "sell the benefits" method. During his years as one of Georgia Pacific's Division Managers responsible for sales and manufacturing, he discovered that people quickly respond to a request for change when they first understand how much money the company spends to support their current actions and how much could be saved by changing their actions.
