An announcement of the most recent published work of Donald Kirchinger, author, political theorist and stock broker, which provides a business plan and Constitution for a government to be created and operate for-profit, 100% capitalisitically, without taxes or regulations.
[ClickPress, Tue Jan 31 2006] Government without taxation, regulations or restrictions has historically been explored only within a utopian context. However, political theorist, stockbroker and author Donald Kirchinger has developed a basis and a constitution for a government that not only prohibits taxation, but also:
• Operates as a purely capitalistic corporation whereby its citizens
are its shareholders and its board members are 100% accountable
• Earns its income and operates for-profit
• Offers freedom as a service product, not an illusive promise
“This is not a proposal for a better America, it is not a new U.S. Constitution, nor is this a political movement,” Kirchinger writes in the Introduction to his book, Government Without Taxes, The Constitution for Capitalism [Gold Leaf Press; November 2005] “This is a proposal for a for-profit business which offers freedom as its product.” The “freedom” Kirchinger is referring to is freedom from governmental restrictions (i.e., regulations) and freedom from economic restrictions (i.e., taxes.)
The end result is the creation of a new colony type of civilization, bound by a constitution, which will be named “Atlantis,” because, as Kirchinger states, “like the ancient Atlantis civilization, it is an advanced society and its location has yet to be identified.” But not for long.
Researched, revised and reviewed over the course of the past seven years, Kirchinger’s work has yet to be discredited. In fact, so sound is the foundation upon which this work is based, that Kirchinger has put out a call for criticism and challenges people from all parts of the globe and all walks of life to identify the fatal flaw that would prevent an Atlantis colony from being formed and prospering. In the meantime, Kirchinger has embraced this endeavor as his life’s work.
The books can be purchased through Laissez Faire Books; http://www.LFB.com, Amazon or directly from the publisher.
“The key,” claims Kirchinger “is sovereignty. If people will agree that sovereignty is property, then an advanced, for-profit government can be created and offered to anyone who desires to live and work in total freedom.”
Donald Kirchinger is available for interviews, discussions, and speaking engagements locally and nationally by arrangement. He welcomes all comments and constructive criticism from those activists who are willing to make the effort to live and work in total freedom.
