PrintGlobe Introduces Patent Pending Solution for Designing and Ordering Promotional Printing Online.

The new software allows users to ‘instantly’ create an entire virtual catalog of branded promotional products for quick previewing, designing and ordering online. Unique among all other major business printing personalization solutions, The Instant PromoStore allows the user to preview a logo on all the merchandise simultaneously after just one initial file upload. Rounding out the software is a design editor which allows the user to add text to the logo and modify any of the imprint colors.

The mission of the Instant PromoStore is to provide customers the most convenient, affordable and fun way to personalize and order business printing products online.

In a first for online personalization tools, the proprietary software actually analyzes and identifies the colors that are in each uploaded logo. It then allows users to manipulate each color in the logo independently (up to two colors) or turn the logo into a one color logo for cost savings.

According to company President Dan Steinborn, the most powerful functionality of the Instant PromoStore lies in its ability to empower customers to use their existing logos and personalize and order “spot printing products” from what will be, by far, the largest business oriented printing catalog online.

“Most of the thousands of business printing projects produced daily in the domestic $80B business printing market are fulfilled using spot color printing processes,” said Steinborn. “While there are a handful of new online full color printing vendors, such as VistaPrint, CafePress and Zazzle, the full color niche is a relatively small part of the market and only offers limited solutions to a typical company or organization. These competitors typically have a very small product offering of less than 50-100 total products.”

Steinborn adds that the vast majority of business printing projects are only printed in one or two basic colors. “We have created the best tool on the market to help a customer solve the challenge of needing a graphic designer to create spot color designs with their logo.”

Another feature of the Instant PromoStore not found on any competitor website lies in its handling of layouts for customers. The tool employs a template driven approach when customers wish to add lines of text to their logo, giving the customer up to six professionally pre-designed layouts to choose from. Other promotional product websites require users to completely layout the text and positioning of the logo without any assistance from templates.

According to Steinborn, the Instant PromoStore template approach is a big advancement for promotional product customers. “Asking customers to completely create a layout from scratch forces those without much time or strong design sensibilities to become designers. Our software differs as it offers scores of well thought out design templates to give customers sharp, practical designs with their information, which will also save them a great deal of time.”

Customers also don’t have to worry about having a perfect artwork file to utilize the Instant PromoStore. The software can work with almost any graphic file type, including Gif, JPEG, Tiff, EPS, AI, BMP and PSD files.

The company is also working to release a co-branded version of the Instant PromoStore that existing printing companies, graphic designers, and promotional product distributors can Co-Brand and promote to their customers.
