Heidi Collins has joined Investors Mortgage Holdings of Scottsdale as Senior Vice President of Lending. In this position she will be responsible for the commercial real estate loan portfolio, new loan transactions and business development.

[ClickPress, Wed Mar 01 2006] Heidi Collins has joined Investors Mortgage Holdings of Scottsdale as Senior Vice President of Lending. In this position she will be responsible for the commercial real estate loan portfolio, new loan transactions and business development.

IMH is a real estate mortgage firm specializing in short term loans for acquisition, development and construction.

Collins has over ten years of commercial real estate experience, most recently as Vice President of Real Estate Lending at First National Bank of Arizona.

Prior to that she was Vice President, Relationship Manager of Wells Fargo Bank, acting as a lender in the real estate division.

Collins is a member of the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties, Arizona Commercial Real Estate Women, and International Council of Shopping Centers. Collins received her Bachelors degree in Communication from Washington State University.
A resident of Scottsdale, she is active in numerous charitable organizations.
