Editor of Emerald Group Publishing’s peer-reviewed journal Library Hi Tech, Dr. Michael Seadle, was elected on Wednesday October 18, 2006, as the new Director of Humboldt University’s Institute of Library and Information Sciences, Berlin’s oldest university.
