Bruntwood, commercial property company, completes its £2m works on the listed Dale Street office development in Liverpool

1 Dale St is Bruntwood's 11th building in Liverpool and takes its portfolio to 870,000 sq ft. Bruntwood sales surveyor, Colin Forshaw said: "Completing the offices at 1 Dale Street means that not only are we bringing a unique office product to Liverpool, but we can also provide our customers with more flexibility to move throughout our portfolio if their business needs change.
