DCI Voice Solutions enhances VoIP Portal with new feature

The portal, which offers account management tools to both domestic and International VoIP clients, is a multidimensional operations center where clients can handle all aspects of their VoIP services including monitoring call traffic, managing invoices, and ordering new services.

Most recently, the DCI VoIP portal was enhanced to include the ability for clients to access rates for VoIP calls. With this feature, all domestic and international rates can be viewed and downloaded in their entirety or by specific NPANXX or prefix. This feature allows immediate access to the most up-to-date rates at the client’s convenience. It also provides the client with the ability to download CSV files and import rate data into their own billing software for further use and analysis.
