Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe ("Orrick"), the leading international law firm, is reviewing its Central London property strategy in light of its options to determine its existing lease in November 2007. Orrick currently occupies space on levels 33, 34 and 35 of Tower 42 in Old Broad Street.

Orrick real estate partner, Anne O'Neill commented: "Our break options provide us with the opportunity to reassess our Central London property strategy and to ensure that we offer the best environment for both our staff and clients. We are at the early stages of this project and we will be considering a wide range of options."

Knight Frank Newmark, the Global Tenant Solutions business of Knight Frank LLP, has been appointed to advise on strategy.
