PhatWare Products Support Microsoft Windows Mobile 5.0

The announcement, made at Microsoft Mobile & Embedded DevCon 2005, assures users of Pocket PCs and Smartphones running Windows Mobile 5.0 they can use PhatWare's products.

The program uses digital ink technology, which provides a very smooth ink flow, and includes a basic shape recognition engine. While working with the note editor, PhatPad offers standard editing commands, a 39-color pen palette, and variable pen width and page size. In devices with a camera, PhatPad allows pictures to be taken within the program. Users can export notes and drawings as bitmap, png or jpeg images.

PhatNotes is an award-winning notes organizer for Microsoft Windows-based Pocket PCs and Smartphones, desktop PCs, and Palm OS-powered mobile devices. PhatNotes allows users to create notes and organize them by type, subject, and creation and modification date. PhatNotes provides powerful text search, document security and e-mail capabilities. PhatNotes' interface to the Contacts Database gives users quick access to e-mail addresses and contact information. PhatNotes comes in different versions designed specifically for primary use with different types of devices.
