Virtual Tales, an e-publisher of serialized novels and novellas spanning a variety of fiction genres and styles, announced that it has entered into a partnership agreement with Dragon Moon Press, a leading Canadian publishing house for Science Fiction and Fantasy. Under the terms of the agreement, Virtual Tales will serialize and distribute Dragon Moon Press novels through its website.
