Aries Packaging wrapped up market at Interpack 2005

Rosières-près-Troyes, France, 6 April 2005 – Aries Packaging of France, a specialist in the manufacture of complete packaging lines, has launched its new sleeving line and flexible tray-packing machine. The line includes a new-generation ARIFORM 603 sleeve wrapper, ARITRAY, a robotised tray packer, and a divider. The company was present at the Interpack trade show in Düsseldorf (Germany) from 21 to 27 April 2005.

The new generation ARIFORM 603 sleeve wrapper's main features are a longer packs blanks magazine, a major reduction in the number of mechanical parts and the independence of the left and right controls. It offers excellent ergonomics and remains easily accessible by the operator.
The robotised tray packer ARITRAY protects the products by using dynamic collation forming and progressive deceleration of movements, all at a rate of 40 trays per minute. The products are transferred into the trays by a four-axis FANUC M-420iA robot.

Aries Packaging designs intelligent end-of-line packaging systems. All its machines are compatible with numerous integrated or separate peripherals (accumulators, convergers, dividers, conveyors, mixing systems, stackers, etc.) associated with control systems for the complete management of end-of-line packaging systems from the outfeed of the fillers.
