Structured to meet the demands of the dealer channel, Atlas Bill Manager is a powerful off-the-shelf solution operating under the dealers brand. Atlas Bill Manager allows the dealer’s customers to access a wide range of standard trend and usage reports and create customisable reports to manage their organisational telephony usage more effectively. Ryder’s solution, with its intuitive functionality, allows the user to drill-down into the reports to extract detailed information and access specific expenditure trends quickly and easily.
Since its conception in 1989, CBS Communication Centre has become one of the largest independent dealers of Vodafone network services. With a large customer-base, which includes a number of FTSE 100 companies, CBS Communication Centre turned to Ryder for a bill analysis tool that enhanced its product offering and provided customers with a more attractive service.
