International Business Systems (IBS) Signs $1.5m License Contract in the US Market

International Business Systems (STO: IBS B) the leading application supplier for wholesale and distribution, today announced a significant contract with a large American importer and distributor of spare parts, to deliver business systems to help make inventory, logistics and distribution processes more effective. IBS application software and services have been chosen to help expand distribution management for a leading distributor's US, Canadian and Mexican operations. The agreement contains a substantial license fee, of which $1.5M (SEK 10 m) that was recognized as part of the second quarter earnings.
