Mark Givens Discusses Building An Exceptional Customer Service Referral Business

Givens is a senior instructor for CRS (The Council of Residential Specialists), Ninja Selling, REBAC®(ABR), Seniors Real Estate Specialist®(SRES), NAR Green, and is a GRI instructor for many states. He has authored a number of national courses and recently authored the CRS “Going Green” course. Givens has served as a keynote speaker for private companies and state conventions in and out of real estate, the NAR Convention and the NAR mid-year meetings and is a practicing REALTOR® with Wilkie Real Estate, Inc in Roanoke Rapids, NC.
