Nancy McFarlane, president of MedPro Rx, Inc. Newman’s primary responsibilities include achieving and maintaining sales objectives within her territory, providing sales leadership, and overseeing clinical program direction. With more than 19 years of industry experience, Newman will develop relationships with hemophilia treatment centers and chapters, clients, the insurance industry and medical practices. She resides in Montclair, Va., with her two sons.

- Active in the community, Newman belongs to the National Hemophilia Foundation, Hemophilia Association of the Capital Area, Hemophilia Foundation of Maryland, United Virginia Hemophilia Foundation and the New England Hemophilia Foundation.

- Prior to joining MedPro Rx, Newman led a grassroots effort to mandate insurance coverage for people with hemophilia before the legislature of the Commonwealth of Virginia. The bill became law in 1998.

- She received the Government Achievement Award from the National Hemophilia Foundation in October 1998.
