First Bank Financial Centre has recently extended its contract with Edcomm Banker’s Academy for an additional two years of Teller and Platform training. The online bank training programs will continue to be hosted and maintained by Edcomm Banker’s Academy’s Learning Management System (LMS), Learning Link®.

Achieving Teller Excellence provides an overview of the financial industry, prepares tellers to provide outstanding customer service, reviews the various products and services that the Bank offers, such as checking, savings, CDs, loans and IRAs and teaches tellers how to process and settle transactions while being mindful of compliance issues that affect their work.

Achieving Platform Excellence is a comprehensive program that gives platform professionals an overview of the industry, prepares them to provide outstanding customer service, reviews the various products and services that the Bank offers, such as checking, savings, CDs, loans and IRAs, teaches them how to sell those products and services and teaches the platform how to open new accounts and loans, process inquiries and other customer transactions.
